Day 1 - Arrive in Calgary

Today you arrive into Calgary and overnight. A customized pre-tour can be done to explore this vibrant city for a few days or perhaps head into the Rocky Mountains for a few days.

Day 2 - Fly to Resolute

The journey begins as you fly into the High Arctic to board the expedition vessel that will take you to some of the most remote areas of Canada.

Day 3 to 10 - Exploring the High Arctice

Embark on a cruise through the Canadian High Arctic aboard Ultramarine, designed for unparalleled access to remote areas with two onboard helicopters. Your Expedition Team will guide you to Canada's most northerly islands, including Axel Heiberg and Ellesmere Island, offering immersive polar experiences, wildlife sightings, and stunning landscapes.

Though no two voyages are the same, expect Zodiac cruises, land excursions, educational programs, and wildlife viewing opportunities. The onboard helicopters offer a unique aerial perspective, enhancing your Arctic journey.

You'll explore the ancestral homelands of the Inuit, learning from Inuit guides and experiencing the culture. Wildlife sightings may include polar bears, muskoxen, and rare species like narwhals and arctic wolves. Key stops may include Coburg Island, Prince Leopold Island, and Devon Island for wildlife encounters, with opportunities to visit historic sites like Dundas Harbour and Beechey Island.

Day 11 - Disembark in Resolute Bay and Fly to Calgary

You arrive back in Resolute Bay after a voyage to one of the most exclusive cruise destinations on earth. You will be flown back to Calgary where you can either continue your travels or head home.
